Using HiSteps

HiSteps is a wellness and motivation app, not a medical service. Goals are optional and adjustable. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. Choose activity appropriate for you and stop when you need to.

Your account and progress

Use an email address you control and keep verification codes private. Local progress may be lost if you remove app data. Cloud backups are manual; signing in is not a backup. Review the available copy before restoring it. Step corrections may change XP or competition results. Unlocked personal keepsakes remain recorded when health data is corrected.

Weekly activities

Joining a crew does not confirm its weekly task. Confirm each week you want to join. Crews need at least two confirmations; leagues need at least five real participants. Groups may not start if too few people enroll. We do not promise a particular rank or outcome. Competition source checks, fixed timezones, contribution limits and correction windows apply. Points and keepsakes have no cash value.

Respect your people

Do not harass, impersonate, submit unlawful content, manipulate activity records or interfere with others’ accounts. Share invitation codes only with intended participants. You retain your rights in submitted content and allow us to store and display it as needed for features you choose. We may restrict access or remove content to protect users and investigate abuse. Use crew reporting or contact support to report concerns or request review of a moderation action.

Paid features

The current HiSteps version does not offer in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be shown before purchase.

Availability and your rights

Features may change and maintenance may interrupt access. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or perfect step accuracy. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Our privacy policy explains information handling.
